Nestled in the heart of Northern Michigan. Every golf course has its unique family tree. As the historical records for the Wequetonsing Golf Course indicate, present fairways and hazards were once inhabited, hunted on, and farmed for more than two centuries by the Ottawas during their summer seasons on the peninsula, and then the land was left to the ravages of winter before a golf course sprouted over one hundred and twenty years ago.
